Frequently Asked Questions:

What is your favorite dipper for the cheesecake dip?

We loved dipping butter waffle cookies in it. It would also be perfect with graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels or even fruit (grapes and apples are particularly good). The choice is yours.

How long does cheesecake dip last?

Store the cheesecake dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can also freeze this dip for a couple of months-just thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.

Why does cream cheese have to be room temperature when baking?

The purpose of cream cheese being at room temperature is so it will mix in smoothly with the other ingredients. Cream cheese has a high fat content and it will only take around 30 minutes to be at room temp. If you want to speed up the process you can cut the cream cheese into smaller cubes and lay them out on a plate.

The sweetened condensed milk is the sugar, don't use evaporated milk. It won't work.
