The scene we did today was pretty simple, it was mostly the opening scene so nothing too much but nothing too little either. I couldn't help but noticed the glances Jenna would throw my way any chance she got - even when I wasn't looking.

"Great work, everyone! We'll pick up where we left off tomorrow so make sure you get a goodnight's rest tonight." The director called out, clapping his hands together. I smiled and Devyn hugged my side before being whisked away by Jack and Jasmine to go out and eat.

"Hey." Jenna approached me from behind, offering a small smile. I chuckled. "I was thinking of going to get something to eat, did you wanna join me?"

"Is this your way of asking me out on a date, Ortega?" I asked in a teasing tone, my smirk adding to e question as it sent her into a flustered wreck.

"N-No, just w-wondering." She stuttered out and the floor suddenly became more interesting to look at for her. I smiled to myself and hooked my finger under her chin to force her eyes on mine.

"Let's go."

—————

"You ever had street tacos before?" Jenna asked, pushing her sunglasses further up her face to hide from the locals and to block the beaming sunlight from her eyes.

"Maybe once or twice. From a young age, I don't quite remember." Her arms were around my body - I felt safe and comfortable with her enough for her to do that - I leaned further into her touch, my head almost rested against her chest. "Why?"

"Because that's what we're eating." She held up a finger and pointed in the direction of a taco truck parked on the corner of a Mobile gas station. It had a canopy hung in front of where the window was, tables placed under it to welcome folks in dining there. "Come on." Jenna held my hand and guided me over to the truck.

Surprisingly, there was no long line. A guy or two ahead of us and they went by pretty quickly, scooping up their boxes of food and reentering their work truck. Jenna pulled me against her front again, her arms now wrapped around my waist from behind while her head rested on my shoulder.

"Oye, ¿qué puedo conseguir para ti? (Hey, what can I get for you)" A gruff, burley man peers from the window. He had a friendly tone on, tattoos decorated one side of his neck while a pale toothpick hung out of his mouth. He had dark, greyish eyes with chocolate brown hair. His skin was dark, yet smooth and again, covered in tattoos.

"¿Puedo conseguir dos tacos asada con todo menos cebollas, por favor? (Can I get two asada tacos with everything, but onions, please)" Jenna answered back to him - her Spanish accent caught my attention. It was so elegant and sexy at the same time - the way she rolled her R's and said certain words was like honey dripping from her tongue. It all sounded so perfect. And hot. Hot as hell.

"." The man nods his head and disappears into the small kitchen attached inside the truck. A good 5-7 minutes passes by, I was sat in one of the plastic chairs arranged around the tables under the canopy beside Jenna. She had been playing Subway Surfers the entire time on her phone. I was bored and watched her for a long time, but the only thing I could think about was how hot her veiny hands were.

Finally, our order was called in and Jenna stood from the table. I stayed behind and snatched Jenna's hoodie off of the back do her chair. I was a bit chilly - she was wearing a tight, long sleeve shirt today so she didn't really need the hoodie. I slid it on easily, it was a bit big but Jenna seemed to like oversized clothes. I cuddled into and as soon as I looked up, Jenna was tipping the cook, walking back over with our boxes filled with food.

"My Spanish is a little rusty, but hey, we got tacos." Jenna opened the boxes and the wonderful smell of the food immediately invaded my senses. "I got three asada tacos for each of us. No onions but everything else is on them. Is that okay?"

Well isn't she just the sweetest and most adorable thing ever?

"It's perfect." I placed my hand on her bicep. She smiled down at me before urging my box towards me. I took the crescent shaped lime and squeezed a little of the juice over my first taco. Jenna poured a bit of green sauce from a tiny container over hers, adding a little to mine for me to try.

I picked up the slightly overstuffed taco in my hand - I smelled it again. I'll never get used to how good it smells. Jenna looked at me and in unison, she took a bite into our tacos, just looking at each other.

The taste of the slightly spicy and tender meat, sauce, lime, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce; it was all so divine. Possibly the best thing I've ever tried.

"What do you think?" Jenna asks me when she finishes her bite, sipping some of the Sprite from her cup to wash it down. She slides to cup over to me and offers me a drink.

I gratefully take one before turning to her with a smile forming on my face. "That's the best thing I've ever tasted." This brought a gleam of excitement in Jenna's eyes.

"You would love taco night over at my house, then." She chuckled and ruffled my hair, I kissed her cheek before we went back to eating our delicious food. We talked some more as well and this has to be one of my new favorite moments with Jenna.
