Gluten Free Garlic Parmesan Rolls Recipe (1)

There is this little Italian restaurant just down the road from our place. During my drive to work in the mornings, I can smell the garlic coming from the restaurant.

When I smell it, I know that those delicious gluten-filled garlic parmesan buns are in the oven and are being freshly baked.

I also know, that there is no way in hell that I can eat one. Big fat fluffing bummer.

One day last week, after getting my drive-by garlic fix whiff, I decided that that was the last straw.

I drove past that Italian restaurant, and said that's it! I'm done.

Tonight, I am eating one of these damn delicious smelling rolls. I don't even care {but I do care, just sayin}.

So I went to my kitchen, made a big huge mess, tossed what kind of looked to be some garlic rolls into the oven and waited a few minutes.

I impatiently waited.

10 minutes went by and my house smelled so much like the little Italian restaurant, I couldn't stand it anymore.

I peeked my head into the oven {don't literally do this}, and was surprised to see freaking garlic parmesan rolls!

I couldn't believe what I was smelling, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, and I couldn't wait to see what they tasted like.

Damn delicious y'all. Damn delicious.

They taste just like they smell, garlicky cheesy goodness but without all that gluten.

Now I drive by the little Italian restaurant in the mornings with a smug look on my face.

A smile that says "whatcha got now homey? You ain't got nothing on me now!"

I told that restaurant what's up. Boom Shakalaka. Boom.

  • garlic powder

How to make Gluten-Free Garlic Rolls:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375*F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.

  4. Remove from the oven and brush the remaining butter/spice mixture in top of each roll. Enjoy!

Don't count on any leftovers with these rolls my friend!

But just in case you have a few leftover you can store leftover garlic rolls in an airtight container or airtight plastic storage baggie at room temperature for up to 5 days.

How to reheat your parmesan rolls:

Place your rolls on a microwave-safe dish or plate and microwave for 10-15 seconds or until hot.

These sound delicious, I wonder if you could add cheese so they would be similar to Red Lobster biscuits?
